The Camboida-Korea Cooperation Center (CKCC) was established in 2010 by mutual cooperation between through the collaboration of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS), and Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) under the name of Project for the establishment of the HRD Center in Cambodia. This five-year project began in 2010, and was completed at the end of the year 2014 with a total budget of USD 7.45 million.
